Polymer Clay Crochet

Awhile back a friend, Liz, posted about a tutorial to make do-it-yourself crochet hook handles made with polymer clay. I'm interested in the different ways people adapt their crochet hooks to make but I wanted to try the idea of forming solid handles out of polymer clay.
